5. Certification and Accreditation
Completion of a training course does not automatically mean that HES Institute is an official awarding or certifying body.
Where a course involves an external organisation, certificate, examination, qualification, or accreditation, the applicable requirements of that organisation will apply.
HES Institute does not guarantee that a participant will pass an examination, assessment, audit, or certification process.
Participants are responsible for meeting applicable eligibility, attendance, examination, assessment, documentation, and other requirements.
6. Course Registration

A course place is considered confirmed only when HES Institute has confirmed the registration and, where applicable, received the required payment.
HES Institute reserves the right to limit the number of participants in any course.
7. Course Fees and Payments

9. Participant Cancellation
If a participant wishes to cancel or transfer a course registration, the request should be submitted to HES Institute in writing.
Any refund, transfer, or cancellation charge will be determined according to the applicable course’s stated cancellation and refund policy.
Fees paid directly to external examination, awarding, certification, or other third-party organisations may be subject to those organisations’ own refund policies.
10. Attendance
Participants are expected to attend training sessions on time and participate appropriately.
Certain courses may have minimum attendance requirements. Failure to meet attendance requirements may affect eligibility for completion, assessment, examination, or certification.
HES Institute may refuse participation where a participant’s conduct creates a safety, security, or serious disruption risk.
